It is represented by a six-petaled lotus flower and the color orange. The sanskrit name for the sacral chakra is Svadisthana, which means "where your being is established." It is connected with the element of water, the kidneys, and the reproductive organs. Balancing the sacral chakra can heal the womb and emotional traumas, allowing one to flow with life, to experience emotions more deeply, and to open up to creativity.

Feminine pleasure has been a subject of great taboo in society. The feminines have been conditioned to take care of others, neglecting their own pleasure, as if it were some badge of honor.
